How to change your desktop background
To change your desktop background on Windows 10/11, first save the background image(s) of your choice to a location of your choosing, then select Start > Settings > Personalisation > Background.
In the list next to Personalise your background, select Picture and then pick your background of choice from the location you saved the images in.

How to change your MS Teams backdrop
While you're setting up your video and audio before joining a meeting, select Background filters. It's just below the video image.
Your background options will display on the right.
To use an image of your own, select Add new and then pick your background of choice from the location you saved the images in.
