Tara Nasreen Administrative Officer (Research Events and Communications)
Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
Tara oversees and coordinates the work of the Research Events and Communications Team and line manages two Administrative Assistants. She provides both strategic and operational support for a wide range of research events across the University, including major institutional events such as Research Day, Research Culture Day, InterTB and Jenner Day. Tara also coordinates and supports seminar programmes for the four Research Institutes and works closely with academic and professional services colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality research events.

Angela Mason Administrative Assistant (Research Events and Communications)
Working days: Wednesday and Friday (Wednesday office-based).
Angela provides administrative support to the Research Events and Communications Team, with a particular focus on Research Institute seminars and events. She assists with the promotion and coordination of weekly seminars, liaising with academic staff and external speakers, and preparing and distributing seminar information and programmes. Angela also supports the organisation of research events, including room bookings, catering, equipment, and other event logistics. In addition, she contributes to the preparation and updating of online content relating to events and seminars.

Mila Maksimovic Administrative Assistant (Research Events and Communications)
Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Mila provides operational support for research events within the Research Events and Communications Team, working closely with academic colleagues, sponsors and external partners. Her role focuses on supporting event planning and delivery, responding to event-related enquiries, and coordinating event promotion and communications. Mila liaises with sponsors, supports the administrative processes associated with event approval, and assists with the organisation and delivery of research events to ensure they run smoothly and in line with University requirements.
